Kelly has spent the past 17 years working in association management, specifically in the areas of meetings and events, marketing and strategy. She currently leads both PCMA’s Education and Meetings teams in delivering all face to face events, such as Convening Leaders and the Education Conference as well as the development of PCMA’s education products and resources, such as the Professional Meeting Management text book, online courses and webinars.

Jody caught the travel bug when she was in high school and has since been all over the world; including volunteering in Israel teaching English to immigrants, spending a college semester abroad in Switzerland and backpacking throughout Europe on the weekends and planning association meetings in Asia for the past 10 years. Jody oversees the day to day operations of all PCMA’s Face to Face events.
